The Highmark Healthy High Five facilitates Team Building and Leadership Development. The program incorporates a ropes course and fitness trail that enables participants to work together towards a common vision. This program encourages all to incorporate physical activity into their lives daily to ensure a healthier lifestyle. Teamwork makes the dream work and together we achieve greatness.

Ropes Course: The ropes course consists of several activities to see how well you perform with others in a group setting. These fun and challenging activities build personal skills to interact with others, leadership skills, and group synergy as you not only learn about yourself but others as well. With each different obstacle is a mysterious story to the origin of the obstacle.
Each group will have to figure out how they will complete each objective by determining a plan, working together, and executing. Each group has their very own unique journey on how they accomplish that mission by the end of the session. Remember that team work makes the dream work and together we achieve greatness.

Derived from military training obstacle courses, this trail is all about pushing yourself to be the best you, you can be. Run, Jump, Crawl, and Soar into greater heights of self-esteem, personal commitment and believing you can do anything you put your mind to.
